Experienced design engineers selected from various divisions of the extrusion industry utilise the latest computer aided design (CAD) and 3D wire frame/solid modelling technology to design and analyse die flow paths.

A CAD model is processed by the computer, converting the finished design into a precision tooling piece. From disk or via email, work can be imported from formats including DXF, Iges, Dwg, Catia and Pro-Engineer.
